What is included in my test?
Your proposed test price includes the selected laboratory panel, Tasso collection kit, standard outbound and return shipping, ordering review and connected results. Applicable tax is separate. Final prices remain under commercial review.
How long does it take?
Follow dispatch, delivery, sample return, lab receipt and report availability separately in My TestD. Delivery estimates and laboratory turnaround commitments will be shown once confirmed by CRL and the fulfilment team.
How do I prepare for collection?
Preparation depends on your panel. Fasting, time of day and cycle timing should follow the instructions for your confirmed order and your clinician’s guidance. Always use the instructions supplied with your exact Tasso device.
Does membership include free tests?
No. Your $99 PepTribe membership offers discounted access to at least two tests each year. Tests are purchased separately, and existing members do not buy another membership at checkout. Billing cadence and final benefit terms are awaiting confirmation.
